設(shè)備主要分為四個(gè)單元：高速理蓋單元、視覺檢測(cè)單元、不良品剔除單元、計(jì)數(shù)出料單元。視覺檢測(cè)單元采用6套視覺處理系統(tǒng)對(duì)瓶蓋正反兩面及側(cè)面360度全方位檢測(cè)，軟件算法成熟穩(wěn)定，可根據(jù)客戶需求靈活更改。設(shè)備可對(duì)瓶蓋的變形、圓度、飛邊、黑點(diǎn)、臟污、缺料等進(jìn)行高速檢測(cè)，從理蓋到檢測(cè)再到計(jì)數(shù)包裝全部自動(dòng)化，滿足企業(yè)高速生產(chǎn)時(shí)對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理的需求，優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)工藝，提高檢測(cè)效率和準(zhǔn)確性，降低企業(yè)人力成本。The equipment is mainly divided into 4 units: high speed sorting unit, vision detection unit, defective product removing unit, counting and discharging unit.The vision detection unit adopts 6 sets of vision processing system to carry out 360-de-gree full range detection on all the sides of the cap. The soft algorithm is mature and stable and can be adjusted according to the requirements of customers.The equipment can detect for the deforma-tion, roundness, flash, black dot, underfeed-ing and etc of the caps at a high speed. The sorting, detecting and counting and packag-ing are all automatic, which fulfills the requirements of the enterprises on the product quality management under high speed production, optimizes the production process, improves the detection efficiency and accuracy and reduces the labor cost.
