機(jī)器簡介 Mchine introduce  1、該生產(chǎn)線由兩臺斜邊機(jī)連線組成。一臺用于斜邊粗精磨和底邊的倒角去毛刺，另一臺用于拋光。 2、傳送帶采用滾輪軸承結(jié)構(gòu)，使玻璃的傳送帶加工更加平穩(wěn)。后導(dǎo)軌上下升降，加工范圍廣且穩(wěn)定性高?？稍诒緳C(jī)上自磨后傳送板，使之長久保持高精度。 3、裝有自動和手動供油系統(tǒng)，使整機(jī)能保持在良好的潤滑條件下工作，使用壽命更長。后導(dǎo)上裝有自動清洗機(jī)，用于磨削過程中后傳送板清潔。 4、電氣控制系統(tǒng)采用進(jìn)口電器元件，運(yùn)用PLC進(jìn)行手動和自動控制，人機(jī)界面顯示被加工玻璃的厚度、斜邊角度、斜邊寬度及底邊剩余厚度等參數(shù)。特別是機(jī)臺拋光部分，采用進(jìn)口線性滑軌，運(yùn)行靈活而卻精密度高，拋光品質(zhì)好。 5、FZM2有兩個轉(zhuǎn)臺，兩個磨頭臂，能同時對兩塊玻璃制品的周邊進(jìn)行磨削加工，磨頭臂的擺動采用了緩沖氣缸的推動，使磨輪平穩(wěn)接觸，加工玻璃的周邊采用自動化控制。 1、The production line is composed of two sets beveling machines. And the rear guide rail with lift device, which increased processing range and stability. The machine can grind rear conveyor plate by itself to keep high accuracy for long life. 3、Auto and manual oil supply system are equipped to guarantee machine working under a good lubrication condition to increase stability.
