ADXM362A玻璃直線斜邊機(jī)，采用PLC控制加工玻璃的厚度和角度，適用于磨削不同平板玻璃的斜邊，粗磨、精磨、拋光和底邊工序一次完成。該機(jī)采用兩個(gè)底邊，可以使底邊磨削時(shí)達(dá)到拋光效果，前壓板有升降調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)，可以根據(jù)玻璃的大小而調(diào)節(jié)，前后壓板均采用加厚鋼板，剛性強(qiáng)、傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、加工精度高；采用無極變速，可以任意調(diào)節(jié)加工速度，操作簡單、實(shí)用性強(qiáng)。   ADXM362A Glass straight line beveling machine, using PLC to control glass thickness and angle, suitable for grinding flat glass with different bevel edge, coarse grinding, fine grinding and polishing(include bottom edge) can be finished at one time. Two grinders are used to fine grinding and polishing bottom edge. The front pressing plate can be adjusted by a lifting system according to glass size. The front and back pressing plate are using with thicker steel plate, in order to make machine stronger, transmit steadier, and higher working accuracy. Also, working speed can be adjusted at will by continuously variable mechanism transmission, this make operation very easy.
